Registered Nurses

Eligibility & Compliance Requirements

  • Current Registered Nurse registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
  • Minimum two years’ clinical experience within hospital, community care, or relevant healthcare settings
  • Current National Police Check and Working with Children Check
  • Current CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Manual Handling certification
  • Current Driver’s Licence and reliable transport, where community-based services are required
  • Two recent professional references from direct clinical supervisors or nurse managers
  • Demonstrated commitment to professional standards, patient safety, confidentiality, and quality care practices

Disability Support Worker

Our Disability Support Workers (DSWs) are compassionate and highly dedicated professionals who deliver exceptional care across Respite and Supported Independent Living (SIL) environments. With a strong commitment to person-centred support, our DSWs empower individuals to live with greater independence, dignity, and confidence while promoting overall wellbeing and quality of life.

Experienced across a diverse range of daily care and community support activities, our team provides reliable, respectful, and professional support tailored to each client’s individual needs and goals.

Compliance & Eligibility Requirements

  • Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Disability, Assistant in Nursing, or equivalent qualification
  • Minimum 6 months’ experience within disability, community, aged care, or support service environments
  • Current National Criminal Record Check and Working with Children Check
  • Current Driver’s Licence and reliable transport
  • Two recent professional reference checks
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
  • Commitment to person-centred care, inclusion, and client independence
  • Ability to maintain professional standards, confidentiality, and safe work practices

Assistant in Nursing (AIN)

Our Assistants in Nursing are carefully selected for their professionalism, compassion, and commitment to excellence in care delivery. With experience across acute care, aged care, and disability support environments, our AINs provide safe, respectful, and person-centred care that promotes dignity, comfort, and wellbeing for every client.

Compliance & Eligibility Requirements

  • Certificate III or IV in Assistant in Nursing, Individual Support, or equivalent qualification
  • Recent paid experience within healthcare, aged care, hospital, or disability support settings
  • Current National Criminal Record Check and Working with Children Check
  • Current Driver’s Licence and reliable transport
  • Current CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Two recent professional references from clinical supervisors or managers
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams
  • Commitment to maintaining professional standards, infection control, and quality care practices
